Returns

We use an on-demand manufacturer (which means that all products are produced only after you order it). Normally, this means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, variation, or simply changed your mind. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us by email within 30 days of product delivery at support@heronsloft.com and provide a brief description of the issue and desired resolution (e.g., exchange).

There are no refunds or exchanges of gift cards, clearance items, or any item after 30 days of product delivery. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact support@printful.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
